Il Boulard VSOP ottenuto da sidri normanni prodotti nel Pays d'Auge. I suoi blend sono tutti Calvados con un'etdi almeno quattro anni.
Note di degustazione
- Aroma: molto fruttato, con un leggero sentore di spezie di quercia, noci tostate e biscotti imburrati.
- Gusto: equilibrio armonioso tra vaniglia bourbon cremosa, mele mature, accenti di legno e salsa di mele.
- Finale: retrogusto setoso e fruttato con un velo di crema alla vaniglia.
