Il whisky canadese di Signal Hill prodotto con due tipi di cereali. Da un lato dal mais (doppiamente distillato nell'alambicco a doppia colonna) e dall'altro dall'orzo (distillato nella pentola). La maturazione avvenuta in botti di quercia bianca nuova e in botti di bourbon di prima scelta. Il Canadian stato raffinato con acqua proveniente dall'isola di Terranova, in Canada. Meravigliosamente equilibrato e corposo.Il Signal Hill Whisky stato premiato come "Best in Class" dagli Alberta Beverage Awards nel 2019.
Note di degustazione
- Aroma: fruttato-dolce con note di spezie, frutta secca, vaniglia e miele.
- Gusto: rigoglioso ed equilibrato, aromi di malto, quercia, vaniglia, frutta secca e una sottile dolcezza di fondo.
- Finale: duraturo e riscaldante.

Eine Ausnahme was Whiskys aus Canada betrifft. Normalerweise gibt es ihn nur in Neufundland zu kaufen. Und wir sind froh ihn hier bestellen zu können. Er schmeckt einzigartig ist vom Geschmack eher eine Mischung aus whisky und einem Schnaps. Da er ganz spezielle Flavors integriert hat die eigentlich so nicht s mit whisky zu tun haben.toffee und Karamell kommen hier schon zum Ausdruck

Fruchtig und süß, Assoziation von Pflaumenkompott. Ohne Rauch. Eine besondere Rarität, ganz anders als die schottischen, sehr lecker. Schon wiederholt gekauft.

So etwas wie die Praline unter den Whskys, erinnert mich immer an Pflaumenkompott, recht süß, würzig und aromatisch. Gehört zu meinen Lieblingswhiskys, habe ich schon mehrfach gekauft. Ist halt etwas anderes als ein schottischer Highlander, aber wer es etwas süßer mag liegt hier genau richtig. Hoffentlich bleibt er im Programm.

Eine der leider viel zu wenig bekannten Raritäten. Ein recht süßer, fruchtiger und aromatischer Tropfen, nicht rauchig, den ich schon öfter bestellt habe und immer wieder gerne trinke.
