Sebbene i whiskey irlandesi vengano solitamente distillati con il metodo pot still, per la produzione del Redbreast si utilizzano anche cereali non maltati. Il Redbreast invecchiato 15 anni offre unesperienza estremamente corposa di sherry e vaniglia, maturati alla perfezione. Con un finale al cioccolato infinitamente lungo. senza dubbio uno dei migliori whiskey al mondo.
Note di degustazione
- Aroma: sfumature fruttate e floreali, con sottili note agrumate e sentori di sherry e vaniglia.
- Gusto: delicato e corposo, con note di caramello e vaniglia e sfaccettature floreali, oltre a erbe e note legnose.
- Finale: meravigliosamente lungo, con note di cioccolato.
