Ilegal Mezcal wird von Mezcaleros der vierten Generation in kleinen Chargen von Hand hergestellt und besteht zu 100% aus der Agave Espadín. Die gereiften Sorten werden in einer Kombination aus neuen und gebrauchten Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche gelagert und jede Flasche wird von Hand verkorkt, etikettiert und nummeriert.
