Un aroma ricco e complesso con malto, frutta, spezie e crema di caramello. Al palato lungo e delicato, con quercia vanigliata e una nota di mentolo. Il finale persistente, speziato e decisamente delicato. Il Four Roses Bourbon stato fatto maturare in botti di media capacitcarbonizzate fuori dal sito, in 20 magazzini bassi a un piano a Coxs Creek, a nord di Bardstown.

Sehr guter Bourbon, im Abgang vielleicht beim allerersten Sip einen Hauch zu bitter. Allerdings gibt sich das ziemlich schnell. Danach wirklich schön zu genießen.

Sowohl mit dem Single Barrel als auch dem Small Batch beweist Four Roses, dass die Marke besser als ihr Ruf vom „Supermarkt Whisky“ ist!
Habe einige gute Bewertungen gelesen und wurde vom ersten Schluck nicht enttäuscht! Ein wirklich guter Bourbon!

Ich habe den Single Barrel bereits öfter bestellt, einfach ein Traum.
Mit 50% etwas kraftvoller, aber nicht aufdringlich. Durch den höheren Alkoholgehalt werden natürlich die Aromen besser transportiert und entfalten sich am Gaumen entsprechend.
Der small batch hat im Vergleich 45%, ebenfalls exzellent.
Für jeden Bourbon Freund ein must have.
