Un blended whiskey irlandese di qualitsuperiore dedicato a un pioniere del whiskey irlandese del XIX secolo, George Roe. Roe & Co. una creazione di whisky di malto e di cereali, miscelati dalla Master Blender Caroline Martin.Mrs. Martin ha deliberatamente utilizzato una grande percentuale di botti di primo riempimento e ha imbottigliato senza filtrazione a 45% in volume. Il risultato un irlandese morbido con una profonditsorprendente.
Note di degustazione
- Aroma: spezie, dolcezza, vaniglia bourbon e un po' di legno di quercia
- Gusto: corpo setoso, con confettura di pere e vaniglia dolce.
- Finale: finale mediamente lungo e cremoso.
