Questo single malt scozzese di 12 anni uno dei whisky delle Lowlands piapprezzati in tutto il mondo. Invecchia prima in botti ex bourbon e poi in botti di sherry.
Colore: oro miele
Note di degustazione
- Aroma:molto floreale, accompagnato da banana fruttata, agrumi, noci e malto.
- Gusto:molto delicato e dolce, con una leggerezza elegante, un corpo oleoso lievemente affumicato, maltato, con sentori di caramello cremoso e arance, e per finire un accenno di sherry.
- Finale: medio-lungo, maltato, leggermente secco, accompagnato da aromi di noci.

Ein toller Einsteiger Malt mit leichter Sherrynote.Läßt noch Platz auf der Zunge für andere Tropfen.

This is a good lower priced malt whisky. It does not have any particularly distinguishing characteristics, but is nevertheless reasonably smooth. For those looking for something a bit more upmarket within the same price range, I would suggest some of the other Speyside malts.

Aus meiner Sicht ein guter "Allrounder", den ich - bei durchweg sehr guter Resonanz - bereits zu verschiedenen Gelegenheiten anbieten konnte.
Ich empfehle den milden, aber dennoch geschmacksintensiven Whisky gern weiter.
