Einen offensichtlichen Hang zum Perfektionismus muss – darf - man Mario Huber & Melanie Haider definitiv unterstellen. Ihre Edelbrände werden saisonal gebrannt, das heißt, nur wenn die verwendeten „Rohstoffe“ ihre perfekte Erntereife erreicht haben, erfolgt die Einmaischung und die Destillation. Die siaße Mirabell erfährt – wie alle Sorten der „siaßen“ Reihe – eine Nachreifephase. Dazu ruht das Destillat noch einige Monate zusammen mit frischen Mirabellen-Früchten um noch eine extra Portion Frucht und Süße aufzutanken. Der Edelbrand glänzt mit einem sehr dichten, fruchtbetonten Körper und einer überragenden Geschmeidigkeit am Gaumen. Wie gewohnt ein kleines Meisterstück aus dem Lechtal.

Sehr lecker, da etwas milder. Ich konnte ihn im Urlaub probieren, dort aber leider nicht mehr käuflich erwerben. Schmeckt auch noch nach dem Urlaub.
